Modern living is underlined by multiple tensions and stress is predominant in most of our lives. Heart related disorders that were even a decade back attributed primarily to old age, have now found their way into the lives of young people as well. And, this is mainly due to the stressful conditions that they live in. Work pressure, peer pressure, and unhealthy lifestyle habits are taking a toll on their lives. There has been an alarming increase in the rate of heart related diseases among young people. The only solution to such problems lie in following a health way of living which includes, exercising, correcting eating habits and in general, trying to ward off tension by adopting a more simplistic approach towards leading life.
