    A step further to aid recovery of the patients who have undergone heart attack or cardiac surgery, or for ones who are at high risk of having heart disease.
    Hypertension and Lipid Clinic:
    This clinic offers patients with high blood cholesterol and high blood lipid (triglycerides) levels proper investigation, evaluation, care and treatment.
    In this clinic, a Registered Dietitian teaches about a healthy lifestyle to lower blood cholesterol and/or lower blood pressure. Clients referred clinic also see a physician specialist and nurse. Dietitians hold Healthy Heart Nutrition group sessions 3 or 4 times a month; some of these classes are open to patients who do not attend the Hypertension and Lipid Clinic but are referred by their family physicians.
